What is G3?
G3 — Get Skilled, Get a Job, Give Back — is Virginia's tuition assistance program for in-state students at community colleges in high-demand fields like EMS. Households at or below 400% of the federal poverty level may qualify.
G3 is a "last dollar" program: federal aid such as the Pell Grant is applied first, then G3 can cover remaining tuition, fees and books. That's why the FAFSA always comes first.

The Paramedic program prepares you for the highest level of pre-hospital emergency care. Master advanced cardiac life support, pharmacology, and critical care interventions across three semesters — Fall, Spring, and Summer. CAMP is the first in the Commonwealth of Virginia to have a Letter of Review for both AEMT and Paramedic.

Our Associate of Applied Science degree combines paramedic certification with general education for career advancement and transfer opportunities. Complete the degree in 4-5 semesters at the Hobbs Suffolk Campus and graduate with an AAS degree plus national paramedic certification.

In two semesters, step up to the ventilator, the drips, the balloon pump and the flight deck. Built for currently certified paramedics and critical care RNs working flight, CCT, or ground interfacility transport. Apply to the EMS program
College admission alone doesn't reserve an EMS seat. Create your EMS portal account and submit the program application.

Submit your certification cards
Upload CPR/BLS, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS, AMLS, and EMT, AEMT, or Paramedic certifications for staff verification in your dashboard.

Register and start
