Request account deletion
Use this form if you can't sign in, or sign in and choose Delete my account on your EMS Dashboard. We confirm your identity by email before deleting anything and complete requests within 30 days.
What we delete: your portal sign-in, your profile and contact details, practice and exam-prep history, game scores, saved preferences, feedback you sent, and optional uploads that are not part of your official record.
What the college must keep: Paul D. Camp Community College is a public Virginia institution. Some educational records cannot be erased on request because state and federal law, accreditation and the Virginia Library of Virginia records-retention schedules require us to keep them for a set period. These can include:
- Program applications, admission decisions and decision letters
- Enrollment, attendance, grades, skills check-offs and course completion
- Clinical and field rotation hours and evaluations
- Certification documents used to verify eligibility (CPR, immunizations, prior licenses)
- Signed consents, the access audit log and records needed for accreditation or legal holds
Kept records are protected under the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), restricted to authorized staff, and destroyed when their retention period ends. We will tell you which records we kept when we complete your request.
